Presenter information Oral presentations Presentations should be a maximum of 18 minutes in total, including time for audience questions Presentations will be displayed from the Windows PC provided in each presentation room Recommended presentation formats are PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) and PDF Presentations should be uploaded to the room PC before your session begins To avoid delays or technical issues, please ensure your presentation have been uploaded and tested on the room PC before the start of your session Posters Maximum size: 180 cm by 110 cm. A0 size in portrait orientation is recommended Posters may be set up during Registration on Day 1 of the conference. Conference staff will assist with hanging posters Please ensure that posters are taken down before the final session on Day 2 of the conference One-minute lightning talks are not scheduled, unless otherwise advised
