The ACDS Annual General meeting elected the Executive Committee members and office bearers to serve the Council commencing in April 2025. Existing Committee members Jacqui Ramagge (University of South Australia) was elected to the position of President, and Marcel Dinger (University of Sydney) was elected to the role of Secretary/Treasurer. Outgoing President Melissa Brown will remain on the Executive Committee as Immediate Past President. The membership of the Executive includes new members – Simon Ellingsen (University of Western Australia), Troy Farrell (Queensland University of Technology), Mark Osborn (RMIT University) and Megan Smith (Charles Sturt University). They take up positions previously held by Professors Mark Buntine (Curtin University), Shaun Collin (LaTrobe University), Professor Katrina Falkner (University of Adelaide).
