ACSME Program and further information

The final program for ACSME 2023 is now available. Participants attending online have been sent an email with the program with links – please check for an email from acdsteachinglearning@gmail.com

Background information for delegates attending in person is available here. This includes a campus map and information about transport, where to eat, the conference dinner and if you have time to explore the area it includes information about things to see and do.

Notes for Presenters

Oral Presentations

Each presentation has been allocated 15 minutes, which includes questions. We ask that all presenters keep their presentations to 10–12 minutes allowing 3-5 minutes for questions. All rooms are equipped with PC computers, running Microsoft Office. 

Poster Presentations

All posters must be up to size A0 and can be either portrait or landscape orientation. Fasteners will be supplied from the registration desk.

All poster presenters are invited to give a 1-minute lightning presentation, which is an advertisement for your poster. It is supposed to be light-hearted and it should attract your audience to come and see your actual poster. It is not a full presentation of your poster or a reading of your abstract. If you do not wish to give a lightning presentation, please let us know.
